I Noticed Something...

I noticed something while watching two episodes: The Man Behind The Curtain and Through The Looking Glass. First, Insiderscoop at the DarkUFO Blog didn't post the meeting with Jacob and the Locke being shot scene. I loved that episode that much more because I didn't know what was going to happen then. Then, during the finale, I look back on it and realise how much more I would have loved it (don't get me wrong - amazing episode) if I didn't know what was going to happen. I'm sure you all can guess where I'm going with this. I'm not saying 'Down With DarkUFO!' or anything like that, I infact am encouraging him to post MORE spoilers if anything, for those that want them. I just am going to avoid spoilers from now on. I'm sorry to any of the few people that read this blog and liked it, thanks for your continued visitations, but I am going spoiler-free from here on out. I would pass this blog off to someone else, but It requires my personal email and password to gain access, and I don't know of anyway to change that stuff. I am still definitely going to obsess over lost, I'm still subscribed to LOSTcasts, Jay and Jack, The Lost Community, Dharmalars, Cranky Fanatic, the Official Lost Podcast, and the Lost Podcasting Network (a lot I know), and I still regularly visit the other parts of Dark UFO's site and the Fuselage (my username on there is Painki11er), and several other LOST related sites. I just am not going to do spoilers anymore. Once again, I'm sorry to the few of you who liked this blog, and thanks for your support.

Plans For The Hiatus

Ok, since I just posted the last spoiler post for season 3, I've decided to start thinking about season 4. We have 37 weeks to burn before that comes around, and I am going to post spoilers all summer long. I've decided that the best way to do it will let some spoilers collect and do a post maybe every or every other week during the hiatus, no matter how few spoilers there happen to be at the moment. I'll probably post the first spoilers next weekend after the finale. That being said, don't expect many spoilers at first, because there aren't usually many until July /August. If anyone else has an idea about what I should do, you can contact me at howidisappear15@gmail.com, or simply comment on the site.

Other Spoilers:

DarkUFO – The follow characters will be dead by the end of the finale (in no particular order):

  • Charlie PaceTom (AKA “Zeke” and “Mr. Friendly”)
  • Ryan Pryce
  • Naomi Dorrit
  • Mikhail Bakunin
  • Bonnie or Greta
  • Multiple unimportant background characters

Lostfan108 – Highlights from his incomplete synopsis:

  • Bernard and Sayid manage to shoot off the dynamite, but the others are too far away from Jin’s tent for him to shoot off the dynamite.
  • Friendly, Price, and minor others take the three hostage.
  • Juliet and Sawyer volunteer to go back and save them when only two explosions are heard.
  • Charlie manages to receive a transmission from Penny where she denies knowing Naomi.
  • Mikhail kills himself and Charlie when he blows up the underwater hatch using a grenade.
  • Walt appears and helps Locke get out of the Dharma grave.
  • Locke proceeds to kill Naomi when she tries to communicate with her ship.
  • Jack manages to contact with someone at the Radio Tower using the satellite phone.
  • There are no flashbacks this episode; they are all flash-forwards to when Jack gets off the island.
  • Once he is rescued, Jack is suicidal and addicted to prescription drugs from his hospital.
  • The entire episode, in the flash-forwards, he desperately tries to communicate with Kate, and when he finally does, he fails to convince her to go back to the island with him.

A couple songs that I think could be almost a soundtrack for this episode are 'My Blue Heaven' by Taking Back Sunday (for Charlie) and 'Hospital' by the used (for flash-forwards with jack)

Other Spoilers:

Buddy TV -
Rescue is finally at hand for the survivors of Oceanic 815, but first someone must reconnect an underwater sonar beacon. Despite his foretold death, Charlie volunteers. Copious rumors suggest that Charlie dies in this episode, but some new rumors I've been hearing suggest that this is a huge misdirection and there will be another highly unexpected major character death instead.

Dominic Monaghan has stated that Charlie is tortured in this episode and to escape the pain he withdraws into himself to write a song. The song may appear again, in a different form, before the end of the season.

Kristin's The Vine show - Charlie's fate will be decided in the final two episodes of the season.

Ask Ausiello 3-28 - There are at least two more deaths.

4-12-07: Watch with Kristin - Dominic Monaghan mentioned doing an underwater sequence where Charlie has to dive the bottom to the sea to connect underwater wires. He also mentioned that revealing Charlie's fate would reveal what happens in the finale.

Emilie de Ravin - Claire and Charlie will be getting "hot and heavy".

2-03-07: Watch with Kristin - Sources tell me Hurley may have something to do with the Charlie 'n' Claire lovey-doveyness that lies ahead.

DarkUFO - [They are filming in a] rainy alley way....Charlie is wearing the same black leather jacket and carrying his guitar just like the flashback scene he had with Desmond so this is a continuation of that same day Desmond met Charlie singing on the sidewalk. A lady is being mugged in the alley way... It's either Naomi or Nadia. He saves her from the mugger with the knife.

Carlton Cuse - Everyone will finally find out what that cable is, that cable is coming into play before the end of this season in a major way.

3-30-07 Lost Official Podcast - Rose and Bernard will return and have an important storyline.

Life & Style magazine - Dominic Monaghan has been told he won't be back for next season.

DarkUFO – Charlie is confirmed to die this season.

Update...

This is just an update, because I've been having problems with blogger, so this is the first time that I'm getting a chance to write anything. Here's how it's going to work from now till the end of the season. I'm going to post a synopsis of the spoilers so far for both episodes left, and update whenever new spoilers come out. Then, because of my blogger issues, I might change to a word press blog over the off season, although I'm not sure if I would update both blogs or just the word press. As we speak, I am working on the posts for the final two episodes, The Greatest Hits, And Through The Looking Glass.

Other Spoilers:

Watch With Kristin - The producers have confirmed that this season we will find out who Sun's baby's father is.

Ryan From The Transmission - The latest filming location was in China Town. There was a scene being filmed in which Sun was meeting another Asian woman in some place outdoors. Sun is dressed like a businesswoman and so is the other woman. In the scene Sun takes out a thick envelope and gives it to the woman. The woman eagerly begins to open it but Sun reaches out and clamps the envelope shut. She then sternly pushes the envelope towards the woman again and walks away.

New York Times - It will be five weeks before viewers see Locke and his father again, but when they do, the results will be an intense set-up for the season's climax, Lindelof said. Note: This episode is 5 weeks from The Man from Tallahassee.

LOST Official Magazines - Sun is going to learn interesting things about what happens to pregnant women on the island and when she does learn these things, it's going to impact her relationship with Jin in a profound way. We will find out that Sun has a secret feat that she is hiding from Jin, and that will not only be voiced, but answered. [During the Jin and Sun flashback,] you will get a taste of them as newlyweds and kind of see where he was before he started to be Mr. Paik's head henchman.

Entertainment Weekly Magazine - "Building on the recent disclosure that women that get pregnant on the Island appear doomed to die - reveals the paternity of Sun's baby and will have an ending that will leave theory spinners reconsidering their scenarios". It is also possibly the big game-changer that we've all been waiting for.

The Trailer Screen Caps & The Tail Section - It is VERY likely that Mikhail is still alive, and will reappear in D.O.C. The trailer shows him in a brutal confrontation with Jin in the jungle.

Kristin from E! Online - I'm told the initials in the title stand for "date of conception."
Buddy TV - Juliet finds out that Sun is pregnant and tells her that women who conceive on the island could die if they carry to term. Sun responds by telling her that the baby may not have been conceived on the island, in fact it may not even be Jin's child. So the two set off for the medical hatch to try to determine when the baby was conceived. Meanwhile, Desmond and his crew scramble to save the life of the mysterious Naomi and are assisted by an old enemy, seems eye patch guy survived the fence after all.

Other Spoilers:

Edward Kitsis and Adam Horowitz - [We will explore] what's going on with Penny and Desmond. You know what we started in the finale of season two? We'll continue to explore that. Plus, there's another big revelation on that front coming up pretty soon.

Spoilerfix - Desmond's beloved Penny makes another appearance in his next flashback.

Ryan from the Transmition - Lost was filming at St. Andrew's Cathedral today (Friday, Feb. 23). This is the same church that Charlie visited in Season 1, and where Mr. Eko worked in Season 2. This time, it was for Desmond (Henry Ian Cusick). He was neatly shorn and wearing a long, grey robe, so I'd guess he was more than just a visitor. He was talking to a man in a long black robe and skull cap... and soon got down on his knees, palms together and up, as if to receive communion.

Buddy TV spoiler chat - This episode will contain a Caucasian in their 50’s named Theodore, and Kenneth and Ruth, both Scottish and in their 20s.

Secretagentman - A new character first appears in episode 3.17 until end of season. Female, mid 20's to 30. Tough, fit, very intelligent. Not American. She is played by Marsha Thomason. Carlton Cuse says that: “She does not appear in a flashback, she is not an Other, and she is not one of the survivors of Flight 815.”

Promo Pictures – Mikhail may be attacking Jin in this episode

Carlton Cuse – “Sawyer and Kate aren’t done. Not by a long shot.”

Official LOST Magazine - Kate is obviously having issues with Juliet being on camp. One because she's an Other and imprisoned her for most of the season, and the other is because Jack seems to be bonding with her. We'll be exploring the quadrangle [formed by Jack, Juliet, Kate, and Sawyer.] Kate's suspicions of Juliet will continue to play out.

Buddy TV- Carlton Cuse: Everyone will finally find out what that cable is, that cable is coming into play before the end of this season in a major way. Damon Lindelof: That is what we call a long con that was a 50-episode set-up. Carlton Cuse: Yeah. But it’s coming and it’s paying off, it’s not a random cable.

OTHER SPOILERS:

Carlton Cuse - The Charlie "problem" will be resolved this episode. [Note: It is unknown he was referring to the death premonition or Charlie's attack on Sun.]

Ask Ausiello - "Juliet's will get a second flashback in April that will pick up exactly where "Not in Portland" left off."

Robin Weigert - This continues Rachel's story. "I don’t know what kind of cancer I have. It has not been revealed to me, [but] I am not playing it being in any vicinity to the baby."

Michael Emerson (via Watch with Kristin) - So, obviously, there is some sort of previous romantic connection between you and Juliet, right? And also some kind of relationship with Alex. Is that going to be further explored?
"Yes. In fact, we are now laying the groundwork for a full-blown relationship and problems to come."

ABC Flash Advertisements - Ben and Juliet were once married.
TV Guide- Sun's baby's paternity is touched on -Juliet being a fertility doctor will have some bearing on this.

Ask Ausiello- The mystery surrounding Claire's baby will be revisited in a big way.

Official LOST Magazine - Jack is definitely coming back to the beach and will be forced to be a leader once again.
Kristin at E! Online - Next week is a Juliet flashback that has some very important reveals, from what I hear. We'll see how she came to the island, and we'll also get a much better sense of her true intentions.

Fuel to the fire...

As the post's title suggests, the two sneak peeks that I found for tomorrow night's episode Expose adds fuel to the "Nikki and Paulo are bitten by a spider after finding a bag of diamonds, appear to be dead, buried alive, and are appearently 'Adam and Eve' (season 1 in the caves)" theory. There is also a spoiler from Kristin that adds more validity to this:

"...someone is going to die. Someone I personally love. Someone I personally am sad to see go! But I worry I might be in the minority. Regardless, how this person dies is perhaps the most disturbing death I have ever heard of. Let's just say I have one big monster of a phobia, and this death plays into that. Eeek! (And no, it is not "the monster.")"

EXPOSE

Sorry I couldn't get a sneak peek out this week, I was busy. There are a ton of promo pics this week, so I'll have to put a link to the lost-media slideshow for promo pics as well as the trailer. Also, there are no sneak peeks or canadian promos this week, only a US trailer.

WARNING: MANY SPOILERS PAST THIS POINT
EPISODE 3.14: EXPOSE
PAULO AND NIKKI CENTRIC
AIRS WEDNESDAY, MARCH 28, 2007 AT 10PM

Official ABC Description: Hurley begins to suspect that Sawyer may be involved in an island mystery surrounding two fellow survivors, and Sun learns the truth about her past kidnapping attempt by "The Others".

Guest Starring: William Mapother as Ethan Rom, Ian Somerhalder as Boone, Maggie Grace as Shannon, Daniel Roebuck as Dr. Artz, Billy Dee Williams as Mr. LaShade and Jacob Witkin as Howard L. Zukerman.

OTHER SPOILERS:

ABC promotional pictures- There are scenes of the crashsite. Nikki and Paulo are busy trying to hide something. Afterwards, Dr. Arzt investigates the island's insect life. Also, there is a pic of Ethan Rom at the crash site, and pics of Alex joining up with Sawyer and Kate. Nikki helps Dr. Arzt after the crash.

Spoilerfix- Episode 3.14 features a Mr Zuckerman, a 70ish, wealthy Australian TV producer. He has many ex-wives, a current wife, and a hot young girlfriend from one of his current shows.

Station Zer0- Billy Dee Williams will play a very high ranking 'Other' for numerous episodes (possibly Jacob?).

This is the huge Game-changer episode which is supposed to blow everyone's mind.

Dustin Watchman (The actor that played Scott)- Says he has finished filming scenes for this episode and to expect to see animals on the Island we haven't previously seen before. He also confirmed that this was an on-island flashback and that there were also scenes of the plane crashing.

ABC Flash Advertisements- Paulo and Nikki met under "unlikely" circumstances before the crash of Flight 815. They have not gotten too involved with their fellow survivors because they had more important things to take care of on the island. But now something has changed and they seem to be more willing to help the group.

Van Matthews- In an on Island flashback, Paulo is seen in the ocean, diving through wreckage of Oceanic 815. He finds a bag of diamonds emblazoned with a logo of an unknown fashion magazine. This scene was shot in collaboration with the crew of Grey's Anatomy, who were also shooting underwater scenes. This was the first time that ABC's top two programs have collaborated in such a way. There is also a rumor that this was Rodrigo Santoro's last day of shooting for the series. Meaning that Paulo may die in "Exposé".

BuddyTV- Described as "The Other 48 Days" with a twist, Expose takes place during the time of season one with flashbacks that occur in off-island time. So, flashbacks within flashbacks!

Carlton Cuse- “The point [of the Nikki and Paulo characters] will become very clear in Episode 3-14.”

Ask Ausiello - Charlie's about to get his comeuppance for kidnapping Sun last season. "That is getting resolved in an upcoming episode," exec producer Carlton Cuse tells me. "Sun finally finds out who actually did that to her. It takes place in another character's episode, but it becomes an important ancillary part of that episode." Cuse adds that it's a "reasonable assumption" that the reveal will cause problems between Charlie and Claire.

Rolling Stone Brazil - Rodrigo Santoro revealed that his character will die before the end of season 3. He shot his last scenes in January in Hawaii.

General consensus is that Paulo will die, and possibly Nikki too.

A reliable source has claimed that Nikki and Paulo will be buried alive, and the big mythological question that will be answered is who Adam and Eve are, and they are Nikki and Paulo (time change thing). Also good to note that the US preview supports this spoiler, but I’m still skeptical about this.

Synopsis of the next episode (The Man From Tallahassee) is up at Dark UFO's place. Read it here. SCREEN CAPS:

Only one today, and it isn’t a promotional picture. It was taken by a very lucky fan who caught a glimpse of the others’ submarine:

OTHER SPOILERS:
Official ABC Podcast: "The Man From Tallahassee" may depict Tallahassee in a negative way.

Casting Info: This episode will feature two homicide detectives from Orange County (straight-laced, by the book), April (a compassionate but firm and annoyed government employee), a likeable Caucasian male and Cliff (a strong, likeable African American male).

Frog Brother@AintCoolNews: Locke blows up the the Others' submarine.

BuddyTV- This episode marks the return of Jack, as Locke, Kate and Sayid come into distance of Otherville. Rumors are we will see the inside of the Others' submarine in this issue, and that Locke will make a surprising character turn. Will a confrontation between the Others and the 815rs change the game forever? Rumor has it, another force will be revealed in this episode that will unite the two.

ABC Medianet- Will also feature Mr. Friendly/Tom, Alex, Richard Alpert, Danielle Rousseau, Anthony Cooper, Patrick J. Adams as Peter Talbot, Barbara Baehler as Mrs. Talbot, Don Nahaku as Detective Reed, Marlene Forte as Detective Mason, Stephen Bishop as William Kincaid, Cleo King as government worker and Brian Goodman as Ryan Pryce.

TV Guide- The answer to why Locke's in his wheelchair will be answered and they've resigned themselves to the fact that "there's no answer that would be satisfying to everybody". In that same eppy (Locke's), Sayid will meet Alex.

EW.com - A shooting of scenes at Othersville showcased intriguing sights as Juliet pushing Ben in a wheelchair, and Jack cheerfully lobbing a football to his sworn enemy Mr. Friendly.

Kristin at E! – There is rumored to be “crossover madness”.

Entertainment weekly- [Scenes from episode 13 include] Juliet pushing Ben in a wheelchair, and Jack cheerfully lobbing a football to his sworn enemy Mr. Friendly. "Everyone should be wondering what the hell is going on," explains Fox during a break. "Has Jack been converted by the Others? Drugged? Is he pretending? All sorts of scenarios could be happening here." We will find out how Locke ended up in a wheelchair. "I was afraid it'd be anticlimactic," says O'Quinn. "It's not. It's pretty stunning. You're gonna go, 'Man, no wonder this guy wants to stay here!'" Also, the castaways discover that the Others possess a submarine.

Michael Emerson - "There’s some role reversal that takes place there. Someone that’s used to being in power is dis-empowered and someone sort of takes charge in an interesting way in that episode."

OTHER SPOILERS:

Kristin at E! Online- “Claire and jack are related, and we'll find out before they do.”

Kristin at E! Online- there will be an Aussie Doctor and Cop this episode.

Digital Spy's "Tube Talk"- The source states that Claire will die trying to rescue Charlie from a huge accident. It is reported that the episode will also see the last of baby Aaron. (NOTE: I’m always suspicious about these death spoilers, so I’m not sure how accurate this is, especially because it says the baby will die too).

www.buddytv.com - Claire's plan, as the title betrays, is to use messenger birds. She enlists the aid of Sun and Jin to capture the birds which she will then attach messages to in hopes that one will be brainy enough to deliver it to someone who cares. Sayid, it seems, figures that Locke is acting out of his own interest in trying to discover the Islands secrets, without taking into consideration the safety of those around him.

ABC Medianet - Christian and Lindsey are back. Also guest starring are Julian Barnes as Dr. Woodruff, Rhett Biles as Officer Barnes, Danan Pere as ER doctor, Anne Elizabeth Logan as head nurse and John Medlen as man at crash site.
On the Island, Tom, Danielle Rousseau and Mikhail are back.

TV Guide - Henry Ian Cusick: "'I tell Charlie, 'whatever Claire has in store for you, don't go with it, because it's gonna be your end'"........

USA Today- "It goes back to when Claire is 17," [Emilie] de Ravin says. "There's a big jump from where her life is now to where it was then. I play a completely different character because her life is so dramatically different - a lot of very deep emotional issues there that she's still dealing with on the island." De Ravin sports a black wig for this flashback to Claire's dark teenage phase. "You meet her parents and see what she's been dealing with," de Ravin says.

ABC previews- Sayid and Locke argue over the importance of Eko's stick, and over why Locke blew up the Flame. The Losties find the Cerberus Vents, Mikhail escapes and runs towards the vents. Mikhail apparently knows Locke.

EARLY EPISODE SYNOPSIS:

Claire wakes up in a car accident saved by the airbag apparently. Her mother was ejected through the windshield and ends up in a coma. She wakes up on the island from a nap to see that Charlie prepared a breakfast picnic on the beach. Desmond interrupts and insists that Charlie spend the day hunting with him. A flock of seagulls fly overhead and Claire has a plan to help them get rescued. Because of Desmond, Charlie blows off Claire’s idea. Claire gets mad at Charlie again. Claire is in the hospital where police blame her for the car accident. All of her mother’s medical expenses are being paid by Claire’s father, whom she believed to be dead. As many people predicted it was Dr. Shepard, and the woman he fights with in the other episode [Two For The Road] was Claire’s aunt. They share a coffee and Dr. Shepard suggests that Claire should kill her mom. Since the laws in Australia do not allow you to take someone off life support he was going to tell her how achieve the same result. Claire doesn't even want to know his name and tells him to go away. Meanwhile, Claire gets Jin and Sun to set a trap to catch a seagull. Just before catching one, Desmond shoots his rifle at a boar (or so he claims). Claire is furious and wants to know why Charlie and Desmond don’t want her to catch a bird. She follows Desmond and he gets a seagull from between some rocks.

Claire - How did you know that was there?

Desmond - I didn’t.

Claire - You must have, you came straight here.

Desmond - This is where Charlie died. He slipped between these rocks and the waves bounced him around and broke his neck.

Claire - What are you talking about.? [He explains everything off camera.]

When she finds Charlie, she tells him he’ll be okay, and they write a note and attach it to the seagull.

Sayid’s group is using the map to find the others camp.

Sayid - It should be a few miles away if this map is to scale.

Locke - It’s an electrical wiring map Sayid, I’m not so sure it’s as accurate as you think.

Sayid responds -It’s certainly not as infallible as the magical carvings on your stick.

Locke -The stick did get us to that station.

Sayid -You mean the station that you accidentally blew up?

Locke -If you’d warn me that the station was rigged with C4, I might have been more careful.

Patchy claims that his people were brought here by a magnificent man, who is NOT Ben. They came by submarine. They would not be able to find their way back if they left because the underwater beacon stopped working two weeks ago when the hatch blew. Kate asks why you would want to come back to which he replied your not capable of understanding, because you are not on the list. You are not on the list because you are flawed.

Sayid - don’t talk like you know us.

Mikhail - How could I know you Sayid Jarahh, or you Kate Austin? But you John Locke, the John Locke I knew was Para-

Daniele interrupts - We're here.

They walk out of the jungle to the big alarm or security system. Patchy says it hasn’t worked in years. Locke grabs Patchy and pushes him between the fence pylons. He turns and says thank you to Locke and then gets killed by a sonic pulse (we assume). To go over the fence, they need Locke’s ax from his bag. Locke wants to get it first, but sayid opens Locke’s bag and discovers a packet of C4. They get into it again [arguing], but nothing gets resolved. They cut a tree and climb over the pylon. When they arrive to the others camp they see the town. People are walking around and riding bikes. We pan right and see Jack running right toward us.

Kate - Jack!

She tries to come out of the bushes but Sayid stops her. Jack turns around and catches a football. He then throws it to Tom. He then catches another pass and spikes it like he scored a touch down. Kate looks on incredulously. The end.
