Official ABC Synopsis: Jack’s Reunion with his fellow survivors is less than joyous when he is accompanied by one of "The Others," and Claire is stricken by a mysterious, life-threatening illness.

Guest starring are Robin Weigert as Rachel, William Mapother as Ethan Rom, Brett Cullen as Goodwin, Andrew Divoff as Mikhail, Nestor Carbonell as Richard Alpert, Joah Buley as other dude, and Tyrone Howard as airport guard.

Carlton Cuse - The Charlie "problem" will be resolved this episode. [Note: It is unknown he was referring to the death premonition or Charlie's attack on Sun.]

Robin Weigert - This continues Rachel's story. "I don’t know what kind of cancer I have. It has not been revealed to me, [but] I am not playing it being in any vicinity to the baby."

Michael Emerson (via Watch with Kristin) - So, obviously, there is some sort of previous romantic connection between you and Juliet, right? And also some kind of relationship with Alex. Is that going to be further explored?
"Yes. In fact, we are now laying the groundwork for a full-blown relationship and problems to come."

TV Guide- Sun's baby's paternity is touched on -Juliet being a fertility doctor will have some bearing on this.

Ask Ausiello- The mystery surrounding Claire's baby will be revisited in a big way.

Official LOST Magazine - Jack is definitely coming back to the beach and will be forced to be a leader once again.

Kristin at E! Online - Next week is a Juliet flashback that has some very important reveals, from what I hear. We'll see how she came to the island, and we'll also get a much better sense of her true intentions.
